## Verification

- Pester, PSScriptAnalyzer, catalog validation, profile validation, release evidence, packaged evidence, and hash verification are part of the release gate.
- Packaged startup smoke uses the portable ZIP contents, not source-tree-only files.
- Public behavior claims must be checked against CLAIM-EVIDENCE.json and ACTION-CONTRACTS.json.

## Known Validation Limitation

Real mutating disposable Windows E2E validation is still pending. This is why this build is published as a release candidate instead of stable v1.0.0.
